Workout Wednesday



Finally, I have a workout for you. I know it's been a while. Now that the weather is colder most people have moved their workouts from outdoors to indoors. I don't blame them, it is way too cold to try and walk/jog/run outside. Here is a treadmill workout to get you up and moving again. The treadmill is a great way to help build stamina and increase your speed.



I know the treadmill can be somewhat boring so make sure you load up your MP3 player/Iphone/Andriod or whatever device you use with some good music! The better the music the better I perform...typically! :-)
