Workout Wednesday

Here is a killer and I do mean KILLER workout for you today!!!

If you really want to kick your heart rate into gear you have to try this workout.

It's suppose to be 10 rounds total (VERY advanced) but my goal was 5 (intermediate/beginner) I totally understand if you are beat after 2 or 3. I personally could only get through 3 rounds and I was drenched in sweat.

Here is the cycle, enjoy!

~1 minute of jumping squats
~1 minute of jumping lunges
~1 minute of star jumps
~1 minute of speed skaters
~1 minute of toe touch squats
~1 minute of plank jacks

This is a plyometric workout and will have all of your lower body muscles screaming!!! Don't forget to stretch!
