Here is a HIIT workout that is simple yet effective! Enjoy!
Complete the following exercises for 30 seconds each at high intensity and rest for 10 seconds if needed. Complete the entire workout up to 3 times!
  • Jumping Jacks
  • Wall Sit
  • Push Ups
  • Crunches
  • Chair Step Ups
  • Squats
  • Tricep Dips
  • Plank
  • High Knees/Running in Place
  • Lunges
  • Push Up Rotations
  • Side Plank
