RELAX!!

It's REST DAY!



If you workout regularly you have to give your body a proper rest day! A day where all you do is relax and enjoy your downtime. You can still be active on your rest day but nothing strenuous just a light walk around the block or a trip to the playground will suffice.

I promise to be back with another workout next week. Just wanted you to know that with all this working out you have to rest in order to give your body time to recover. I typically make Sundays my rest days because it's a day for me to relax and unwind and prepare for the long week ahead. It gives me the rest I need in order to work hard throughout the week. I like to start Mondays off with a hardcore strength training workout so Sunday is a day of preparation.
